Aaron Holst, Real Estate Broker
Aaron is a licensed real estate broker and lead property manager. Aaron has been licensed since 2009 and is passionate about real estate and property management. He has a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Aaron is always learning and adapting to changing market conditions. He is responsible for ensuring the properties we manage are adequately maintained and are profitable for the owners. As the lead property manager, he handles a wide range of tasks. This includes rent collection, conducting inspections, handling tenant complaints, marketing and advertising the property, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. Aaron must also stay up to date on changes in local and national laws and regulations related to property management.
Abby Merryman, Sales Manager
As the Senior Property Manager, Abby implements property management strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with tenants and contractors, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. Abby possesses strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and thrives under pressure.
Ian Merryman, Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, Ian is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities by ensuring efficient and effective business operations. He develops and implements strategies for streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and reducing costs, all while maintaining a high quality of standards.
Ian has great attention to detail and stays up to date with the latest technologies in property management, budgeting, and finance.
Janelle Holst, Licensed Realtor
As the Marketing Manager, Janelle has a background in Sales and Marketing as a Licensed Realtor and is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties and connect with potential tenants. Janelle connects with both tenants and investors through social media platforms and websites, to attract tenants, while also creating content that showcases our owners' properties' amenities and unique features. Janelle is also a social connector and will use her skills and contacts to create community events for additional brand recognition and client networking.
